Strong Tower Apostolic Community

Seven years after being led to Riverside County, Pastor Dillard obeyed God and began searching for a building on March 17, 1999, and began having bible classes in his home. With only six members, on August 8, 1999, STACC started having services at 12125 Day St in Moreno Valley, CA, a place first Lady Dillard had seen in a dream. It was at this location that STACC's motto was born, We're not just another church - we are a refuge! Two families were added to the church in two months; and by 2002, three additional families had joined.
