This was my first time using Total Automotive. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I found them to be knowledgeable, and honest. They will call you and explain needed repair before working on your vehicle. Cost for labor and repair seemed very fair. I would definitely recommend them if you’re stressing out and need car repairs.

read moreThe automotive services and repair business that is today known as Total Automotive began as a small one-man shop located on Kenmore Avenue. Owner and president Tom Sciortino started the business in 1986 after graduating from Erie Community College's prestigious automotive services program and honing his skills with Broad Elm, Tire Man and Goodyear Tire. In 1999, Tom moved his business to larger facilities at 2125 Eggert Road in the Northtown Plaza where we are located today. Our clean modern facilities feature six state-of-the-art service bays which are equipped to handle every passenger car on the road today including everything from domestic and foreign vehicles to high-end luxury cars and the latest hybrids.
