Disciple-making is the intentional, life-on-life process that occurs in the framework of loving, mutually accountable relationships in the local church whereby people are willingly being challenged from spiritual infancy to spiritual maturity. When a person is able and willing to be used of God to come along side another so that together they experience the joy of spiritual growth this person leaves the ranks of mere "follower" of Jesus and joins Him as a fellow disciple-maker.

Here is a list of some of the ways that God is using His people at Trinity to serve one another and our community! AV/Communications - Provides audio-visual support for church events and helps TBC in promoting and communicating (social media, website, etc.) to one another and the community. Finance - Brings godly accountability in the receiving offerings; keeping clear financial records, providing accurate reports. Night Dinner - Brings catering support to church events, especially the Simple Suppers Wed.
