These doors will be propped open to eliminate touching the door handle. You should immediately proceed into the sanctuary thru the sanctuary doors in front of you. At the end of the service Pastor will give instructions on exiting the building one pew at a time. Please continue exiting thru the parking lot doors to the parking lot in an orderly manner to ensure there is social distancing.
Who are we
read moreWe're glad you've taken the time to get to know us and hope that you'll join us for worship soon. Our parking lot is located on the north side of the building. There are two main entrances. One on the Granby Street side and one by the parking lot with a wheelchair ramp. Straight through either of those doors will take you to doors leading into the sanctuary for worship. Inside you will find a group of people who love God and care for one another. We sing hymns, say prayers and hear God's word from the Bible read and preached.
Sunday School
read moreHave you ever thought about how you grow in faith? Your faith is just like a plant, if it's going to grow it needs water and light. The water and light you need to grow your faith is found when you open the Bible and read, mark, learn and inwardly digest the Words of God. We have always used Concordia Publishing House Sunday School materials in the Main Dept. of the Sunday School as well as materials from online. We lift up events of the church calendar and also use news events, newspaper articles, secular holidays and child behavior to make modern day application to the Scripture.
Worship
read moreA Special Welcome to those who are worshipping with us for the first time. No matter who we are or where we come from, we all have this in common: God has chosen us in Christ to be His own. We hope you feel welcome and that your experience here is meaningful and will be lasting. All members and guests are asked to fill out the Welcome Book (found in your pew) and join us in the Welcome Center after the service for fellowship. Holy Communion - In the Sacrament of Holy Communion our Lord Jesus Christ comes to us with His body and blood, given and shed for the forgiveness of our sins.
Youth
read moreAcolytes - Middle and High School youth are invited to serve as acolytes at our church services. Acolytes assist Pastor in the service by processing and recessing with the Cross and Bell Chimes, lighting the candles and assisting with communion distribution and carrying the Cross for the Holy Gospel. Our youth are an intricate part of each service.
