Pre Payment required for Multi-Hour/Multi-Therapist Services - 48 hour cancellation notice for refund. Payment for single services is required for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment. Treatment times are not extended due to late arrivals and are charged full price. Gift certificates are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Discount coupons are not applicable towards Monthly Specials, Package Rates or Gift Certificates.
