As of April 30, 2006 FPCR has moved locations and had a name change as well. From 1985 until April 2006 we were First Presbyterian Church of Rowlett, Texas. We're now Faith Presbyterian Church Reformed of Mesquite, Texas. This by way of explanation as you may see both names used throughout the website

New Covenant was chartered in December of 1980. Reverend Steve Matthew was appointed as the pastor for the new congregation. The 1st service was held on September 28, 1980 at the Catfish Cove Restaurant. Each Sunday we would replace the deer head with a cross and the tables with a tiny pulpit and chairs.
