Asphalt Maintenance Associates

Asphalt Maintenance Associates. Was established by Wilford and Bruce Yokum, father and son, and Annie Yokum, Bruce's wife, back in 1984. Both Wilford and his son Bruce had an extensive background in Slurry Seal and pavement maintenance, working for firms in California in the late 1960's and into the early 1980's. Wilford did the marketing, Bruce did the work, and Lianne did the books as they ran the firm from Bruce and Annie's home in Veneta, Oregon. In February of 1989, Bruce bought out Wilford's stock in the firm, and Asphalt Maintenance became incorporated.
