read moreThis is my absolute favorite place to eat in North Carolina, by far. The food and staff are incredible! I eat here as often as I can, which are both of my days off work. Lunch, dinner, or in between, the Fiesta is here at El Cerro Grande! Our family has been eating here since the original restaurant above the old Harris Teeter that was on Wrightsville avenue, and I have never once gotta a bad meal here. If you have never been, please go to El Cerro! We have been in Wilmington for six months and just found this treasure.
