Paul's Gym

Although I was not interested in losing weight I was very interested in getting in better shape but was a comprehensive novice at weight training. I found the gym rather intimidating and really needed professional guidance. Paul made me feel totally at ease and designed a training program that took into consideration my novice status, limitations, age (late 40's) and strengths. Paul gave me his undivided attention during our training sessions, provided guidance, encouragement and constant challenges throughout our training sessions together.
