Welcome to Stir It Up Cooking School! I come from a family of eleven. My passion for cooking started with the fun we had in our crazy bustling kitchen. I love the warmth and companionship of cooking with others. I wanted to share this experience with everyone. When my sons were 6 and 2, I started teaching gingerbread classes where my goals were for friends and family to get together, have fun, and discover their creative talents. With Stir It Up Cooking School, I would like to continue in this spirit. My school supplies tiny hands-on classes in a warm, friendly atmosphere. We'll cook, laugh, learn and eat.

read moreAfter 15 years running Stir it Up Cooking School, I am announcing my retirement and sadly, the closing of my school. It has been an honor and privilege teaching my love of cooking to all the wonderful children throughout the years. In many cases, I have watched your children grow up through the years of many summer camps and parties. Their smiles and laughter will always be with me. It saddens me to close Stir It Up Cooking School, but at the same time I am excited for this new chapter in my life.
