Sports Massage & Integrated Therapy

(S. M. I. T. Is staffed with licensed massage therapists who have a definite common goal: utilizing massage techniques to not only treat athletic injuries and chronic pain, but to help in the prevention of future damage to the soft tissues. Athletes of all fitness levels should include sports massage into their training regimen and consider allowing the therapists at S. M. I. T to be part of their overall wellness program.
